6. Subscription and Payment

If you subscribe to a paid plan:

• You agree to pay all fees associated with your subscription
• Fees are non-refundable except as required by law
• We reserve the right to change pricing with 30 days notice
• Your subscription will automatically renew unless cancelled

7. Service Availability

We strive to maintain high availability of our Service. However, we do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We may suspend or terminate the Service for maintenance, updates, or other operational reasons. We are not liable for any losses resulting from service interruptions.

8. Intellectual Property

All content, features, and functionality of our Service, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, and software, are owned by BharathaTechno IT Private Limited and are protected by intellectual property laws. • Sections that by their nature should survive termination will continue to apply

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Pune, Maharashtra.
